A quick, easy lunch

Today I was trying to think of something to have for lunch, but there wasn't much in the kitchen. After searching through the fridge and cabinets, I found roasted red peppers, an onion, garlic powder (I'm out of fresh garlic), ground cumin, soy sauce, dried basil, red pepper flakes, and thin spaghetti. At first I had no idea what to make, but soon after putting all of my ingredients on the counter in front of me, I decided on spaghetti with a roasted red pepper and onion sauce. I started the spaghetti, and then I started copping onion and peppers. I added the peppers and onions to some olive oil in a skillet, and added my spices and soy sauce. When the spaghetti was finished, I tossed it with the sace and just a small drizzle of olive oil. It was one of the best lunches I've had for a while, and it only took about ten minutes.
